According to the American Osteopathic Association, there are no D.O.'s that have been officially licensed or recognized by Burundi's Ministry of Health.  I hope to become the first, and have been invited by the medical school, Hope Africa University, to join their faculty and teach clinical medicine in a rural mission hospital.
